Powerpoint presenter mode..

Did another ppt preso today and it hit me how efficient the presenter view is…This view can be used when presenting using dual display…This view basically lets you display slides through the projector as usual while simultaneously viewing the slide on your personal display. But the key here is that on your personal screen, you get to see a timer, the next couple of slides coming up and MOST Importantly a “Notes” section, which lets you view your personal notes for each slide. No more shuffling notes in between your presentation!!! YAY!!!

To turn it on in office 07, all you need to do is go to the “Slideshow” ribbon on your PPT 07 and check “Presenter View” located underneath “Resolution”.
